Three things decide whether the step works
A legitimate club does not charge a player to trial. Knowing which invitations are real — before the flight, the fee or the deposit — is the difference between a career move and an expensive story.
A work permit is granted by the destination state, not the club. The UK needs governing-body endorsement; the US route for a non-citizen athlete is the P-1A. Better to know that before a club promises you a contract.
Perpetual image rights, club-only termination, unilateral options. These are normal clauses — and they are the ones that decide whether a career can move in two years.
What you get the moment you start
Five weighted dimensions — athletic output, verified film, academic floor, market interest and logistics — with fixed bands, named gaps, and the three moves that would raise your score most.
Enter the facts — fee, deposit, named contact, channel, club verification — and get flags with reasons plus a verify-first list. Real opportunities move faster; the others stop here.
The route that applies, sourced from the registry: UK International Sportsperson (governing-body endorsement) and US P-1A. Where no route is registered, we say so rather than inventing one.
Term, pay, housing, image rights, termination, options and commission explained clause by clause, with red flags. Then a lawyer reads the signed text — which is exactly the order it should happen in.
- An assessment, a screen, a map and an explanation — deterministic and explainable
- The same subscription as Prep and College, with the tier following the athlete
- A dual-track view: the pro route and the college-first route compared honestly
- Represent you. Representation sits in a separate licensed entity under its own agreement, never bundled into a subscription.
- Guarantee a contract, a trial or a visa. States grant permits; clubs decide contracts.
- Give legal advice. The decoder explains; counsel advises before anyone signs.
One ladder. The same tier, doing this stage's work.
Free to see where you stand. Scout to plan. Advisor to run. Elite for the full service. The tier follows the athlete — no re-enrolment when the stage changes.

How it runs
Six answers produce a scored readiness report: where the athlete is, which dimension is holding them back, and what would move it.
Before any trial: fee, deposit, named contact, channel and club verification become flags and a verify-first list.
The permit route for the destination, with its source cited, and the documents that route requires.
The contract explained clause by clause, red flags surfaced, and the signed text sent to counsel before anyone signs.

Questions families actually ask
Are you an agency?
No. Representation is a separate licensed entity under its own agreement and is never bundled into a subscription. The platform sells software, data and advisory.
Do you find trials for players?
The Trial Scam Filter screens invitations today. A vetted-trials marketplace is in build and labelled as such — we will not sell you a pipeline that does not exist yet.
Can you get me a work permit?
No — permits are granted by the destination state. We show you the route that applies and cite the source, so you and your club apply to the right scheme.
Is the contract review legal advice?
No. The decoder explains terms in plain language and flags the clauses that hurt players. A qualified lawyer reads the signed text before anyone signs.
I still have college eligibility. Does the Pro stage end it?
That depends on the rules that apply to you, and the platform will not guess. The registry covers agent contact and transfer; anything outside it is reported as a gap, not an answer.
Know your level before the next trial
The readiness check is free and takes seven questions. The trial screen is the first thing that pays for itself.
