Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept on your behalf (and under 13, provide verifiable parental consent per COPPA).
The Service
AI-assisted college soccer recruiting, admissions, and financial-aid tools: athlete profiles, AI advisor, school matching and fit scoring, outreach, admissions and aid support, document vault, and club management tools.
Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or have parental consent if under 13). Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate info, and do not create multiple accounts without authorization.
Acceptable use
No unlawful activity, impersonation, false content, accessing others' data, scraping, harassment, or infringing content.
User content
You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to host and process it. You represent you have the right to upload it. DMCA takedowns: dmca@firstelevenrecruits.com.
AI advisor
AI-generated content is guidance, not guarantees. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, offers, or outcomes. The advisor is honest and never fabricates coach conversations or offers — but verify important information. Not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
Payments
Billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Family tiers (Prospect/Recruit/Commit) and club wholesale plans. Free trials as offered. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Club relationships
Clubs may view roster and recruiting data for athletes they added. Families may decline or manage their athlete's data. Club-billing relationships are between club and family.
Intellectual property
The Service and branding are owned by First Eleven Recruits. No copying or derivative works without permission.
Disclaimers
Service provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee outcomes. NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE NCAA — the Service is independent and not endorsed by the NCAA or any governing body. School/coach data is for reference and may not be current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use, content, or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may terminate anytime. We may suspend or terminate for violations or harmful conduct. Data deleted per the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Disputes resolved in Massachusetts courts. Class action waiver applies.
