First Eleven College · ages 14–18 · US and international

Get seen. Get recruited. Get in — with a plan you can defend.

We run the college campaign end to end: an honest read of where your athlete stands, a target list that fits, outreach that coaches actually answer, and the real four-year cost of every school — one plan, every week, all season.

What wins
An honest level, timely outreach, the real number
What you get
A running campaign, not a profile page

Three things decide the outcome

An honest read of the level

An entire industry is paid to tell every family their child is a Division I player. The families who land well are the ones who heard the truth early and aimed at the right band.

The real number, before you commit

Sticker price, athletic aid, merit aid and need-based aid combine differently at every school. Most families meet the four-year number after they have already fallen in love.

An owner for the process

Free tools answer questions; consultants charge by the hour. Neither tracks the deadlines, drafts the outreach, audits the transcript against eligibility rules, or remembers what the coach said at the July ID camp.

WHAT YOU GET

What you get when we run it

🧭
You know the level

The athlete is calibrated against real outcomes, not ambition. The target list follows — reach, target and likely — with reasoning you can explain to a coach or a grandparent.

📣
Coaches hear from you at the right time

Drafts in the athlete's voice, sent only after approval, timed to the governing body's calendar. When a window is closed, the platform says so — with the rule and its source — and schedules the follow-up.

💸
You see the real number

Four-year net cost after athletic, merit and need-based aid, with realistic NIL ranges. Offers compared side by side, in plain language, before anyone commits.

📚
Nothing slips

Every school's requirements, supplements and deadlines in one workspace, with the packet reviewed and signed off before the family submits. Senior year stays a season, not a scramble.

What you can count on
  • A running process: weekly check-ins, a plan the family co-owns, and an advisor with a memory of the whole journey
  • Numbers you can inspect — odds, fit and true cost are deterministic, with the method shown
  • One subscription whose tier follows the athlete from prep through college and into the pro stage
Our boundaries
  • Guarantee recruitment, admission or aid. Eligibility and admission belong to the school and the governing body.
  • Contact a coach without your approval. Every message has an approval row and an audit trail.
  • Charge you again at the next stage. The tier follows the athlete.
WHAT YOUR FAMILY GETS

One ladder. The same tier, doing this stage's work.

How it runs

01
Listen

A guided intake for the athlete and, privately, the parents — story, dreams, fears and the lines the family won't cross. It becomes an Athlete Charter you confirm.

02
Calibrate

Level assessed against real outcomes, academics audited against the eligibility rules that apply, and a division band you can defend.

03
Build the list

Reach, target and likely — each with the athletic, academic and financial reasoning shown, refreshed as the athlete develops.

04
Run the campaign

Outreach drafted and approved, deadlines tracked, applications built, offers compared, a decision made with the family — and a pathway review every year.

Available today

What you can use today, and what arrives next. We publish both in the same place, so you always know exactly what you are buying — and never have to guess at what is still being built.

Questions families actually ask

We're an international family aiming at a US college. Does this work?

Yes. The rules explainer covers international initial eligibility (16 core courses, 2.3 core GPA for DI), amateurism and the F-1 sequence, each with a source. The guided visa workflow and translated deliverables are labelled as coming next.

How are admission odds calculated?

From the athlete's GPA, test scores and class rank against the school's admitted class — a deterministic model with visible inputs. It is an estimate with a stated method, never a promise.

Will you contact coaches for us?

We draft; you approve. Nothing goes out without an approval row, and a send outside the published recruiting calendar is refused with the citation.

What if we only need the applications handled?

That's Application Season — College: one cycle, up to ten schools, an advisor review and a signed packet. A per-cycle package outside the subscription.

What happens when my athlete finishes college?

The tier follows them into the pro stage — no re-enrolment. Pro adds readiness assessment, trial screening, permit routing and contract decoding.
