Who we are
First Eleven Recruits provides an AI-assisted college soccer recruiting, admissions, and financial-aid platform for student-athletes, their families, and soccer clubs.
Information we collect
Account info (name, email, DOB, role), athlete profile (position, graduation year, club, competition level, highlights), documents (transcripts, essays, aid forms), family info (parent name/email, budget), club info, payment info (via Stripe), usage data, and chat data with the AI advisor.
How we use it
To provide the platform, power the AI advisor, match you with schools and coaches, send notifications and digests, process payments, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
We comply with COPPA. Verifiable parental consent is required before a child under 13 can use the platform. Parents may review, change, or delete their child's data at any time. We do not sell children's data or show behavioral ads to children.
Minors 13–17
Users 13–17 may create accounts. We encourage parent involvement, and parents may connect to their athlete's account through the parent portal.
How we share information
We do not sell your data. We share with service providers (Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Anthropic/Claude, Inngest, Vercel), with clubs that added you, with coaches only what you choose to send, and when required by law.
AI advisor disclosure
The advisor is AI (Claude by Anthropic). AI content is guidance, not guarantees. The advisor is instructed to be honest and never fabricate coach conversations, offers, or facts.
Data retention
We retain data while your account is active. Inactive minor accounts may be purged. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal (for parents), portability, and opt-out of non-essential communications. Contact privacy@firstelevenrecruits.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by role-based access and row-level security, and regularly audited.
