How college soccer actually works
Four things decide where a player ends up — recruiting, admissions, eligibility and money. Each has its own deadline, and they don't run on the same clock. Here is the shape of it.
Recruiting is a multi-year process, not a senior-year scramble. Here is the shape of it — your First Eleven advisor turns it into a personal plan.
- 9th gradebuild the fundamentals, start filming matches, keep the GPA up
- 10th gradecollege ID camps, first coach outreach, test prep begins
- 11th gradeofficial visits, offers, eligibility registration, narrowing the list
- 12th gradefinal visits, committing, signing, and the admissions/financial-aid close
How it works
Create the profile
The athlete's profile, film and academics go in one place.
Get the plan
Your advisor turns the timeline into a year-by-year plan.
Run the process
Outreach, visits, offers and aid — tracked to signing.
You'll never wonder what you're paying for.
This isn't software you sign into once and forget. Every week, every month, every season, something lands in your hands — a brief, a report, a plan, a document. Here's what arrives, and when.
Your Welcome Kit
The season calendar, the film guide, the parent's guide, and your family's folder — so you start with something real, on day one.
Your College Readiness Report
A plain-language check of where your player stands across the things you control — athletic level, film, academics, exposure, eligibility, money and ownership — with the three moves that matter most right now.
Your Monday Brief
One short email: what happened last week, what's next, and anything we need from you. Co-branded Valeo × First Eleven, written like a coach talking to a family.
Your Player Progress Report
A one-page report on your player: profile and film, academics, outreach sent and replies, and the three next actions. Something you can print and keep.
Your Target List & True-Cost Sheet
An updated list of the schools that fit your player, with the real cost of each after athletic, academic and need-based aid — side by side. Compare schools on what you'll actually pay.
The document, at every milestone
Film Review · Eligibility Sheet · Coach Outreach Log · Visit Plan · Offer Comparison · Signing Pack — in writing, when it matters most.
Your Pathway Review
An advisor-led review: how far your player came against the plan, and the plan for next year.
Where it all lives: the Family Folder — one place, always current, always yours.
Valeo players on the pathway
Boys and girls, one club, one standard — every player on the pathway to the next level.

You are not handed software and left to it. A Valeo coach, a First Eleven advisor, and a team of AI agents work the process with you — from day one to signing day.
Your player
Owns the work — the film, the academics, the profile. This is theirs.
Your family
Makes the calls — visits, offers, and the money. We hand you the numbers to decide.
Your Valeo coach
Builds the player and opens doors. The football side, every day.
Your First Eleven advisor
Runs the recruiting process — outreach, eligibility, timeline, true cost — and directs the AI agents that do the legwork.
Humans and AI, working together. Your advisor sets the plan. AI agents do the legwork — film prep, eligibility tracking, coach research, outreach drafts, cost modelling. A human reviews anything that reaches a coach or a college.

Common questions
Is a college roster spot guaranteed?
No. First Eleven runs the process — recruiting campaigns, film strategy, fit and aid guidance. It does not and cannot promise a roster spot or a scholarship.
Who is this for — the player or the parent?
The student-athlete and their family, with the club as the delivery partner. Coaches and club staff get their own console.
What about my child's data?
We collect only what college recruiting needs, never sell it, and a parent or guardian can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time. Athletes under 14 need guardian approval.
How much does it cost the family?
The base pathway is provided through your club. Optional First Eleven tiers unlock the full recruiting engine — see the plans below.
