Timeline & Deadlines
The year-by-year calendar, and the dates that quietly decide outcomes.
The recruiting timeline, grade by grade
Recruiting is a multi-year process, not a senior-year scramble. Here is the shape of it — your First Eleven advisor turns it into a personal plan.
- 9th grade — build the fundamentals, start filming matches, keep the GPA up
- 10th grade — college ID camps, first coach outreach, test prep begins
- 11th grade — official visits, offers, eligibility registration, narrowing the list
- 12th grade — final visits, committing, signing, and the admissions/financial-aid close
Guides
How Valeo FC and First Eleven help with this
- A dated, year-by-year plan from 9th grade through signing.
- Automatic reminders for deadlines and recruiting windows.
- A short Monday Brief so nothing slips past a family.
Humans and AI, working together. Your advisor sets the plan. AI agents do the legwork — film prep, eligibility tracking, coach research, outreach drafts, cost modelling. A human reviews anything that reaches a coach or a college.
